In connection with the implementation of the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation "GDPR"), we inform you about the rules for processing your personal data and the rights you have in this regard.

• 3. The personal data administrator processes your personal data based on applicable legal regulations, concluded agreements (in the case of business entities), and based on given consent (in the case of natural persons).
• 4. Your personal data is processed for the following purposes: a. Compliance with legal obligations imposed on the personal data administrator b. Execution of contracts concluded by you with JKN Company sp. z o. o. c. In other cases, your personal data will be processed solely based on prior consent for the scope and purpose specified in the content of the consent.
• 5. In connection with the processing of data for the purposes mentioned in point 4, the recipients of your personal data may be:
  • a. Public authorities and entities performing public tasks or acting on behalf of public authorities, within the scope and for the purposes resulting from generally applicable laws,
  • b. Other entities that process personal data under appropriate agreements signed with JKN Company sp. z o. o, only with your written consent.
• 6. Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes set out in point 4, and thereafter for the period and within the scope required by generally applicable laws.
• 7. You have the following rights in relation to the processing of your personal data:
  • a. Right to access personal data, including the right to obtain a copy of the data,
  • b. Right to request rectification (correction) of personal data – if the data is incorrect or incomplete,
  c. Right to request deletion of personal data (the so-called right to be forgotten),
  • d. Right to request the limitation of personal data processing,
  • e. Right to data portability,
  • f. Right to object to data processing.
• 8. If data processing is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the legality of the processing carried out based on consent before its withdrawal.
• 9. If you become aware that JKN Company sp. z o. o. is processing your personal data in violation of the law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for personal data protection - the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
• 10. Providing your personal data to the Administrator is voluntary when it is based on your consent. Providing your personal data is mandatory when the basis for data processing is a legal provision or a contract between the parties.
• 11. Your data will not be automated or profiled. Your data will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations.
