Wholesale Sales Terms and Conditions

General Information

The regulations determine the rules for using the website jkn-stock.com (hereinafter referred to as the Wholesaler) by buyers (hereinafter referred to as the Client).

The owner of the wholesale store is JKN Company sp. z o.o. based in Wrocław 50-504, Jesionowa 47/82.

Order Fulfillment

1. The offer is addressed to businesses, institutions, and individuals conducting business activities. The wholesaler does not serve individual customers.
2. The condition for order fulfillment is to provide correct data.
3. To use the Wholesaler, registration in the system is required. By registering, the Client accepts the Wholesale Sales Terms and Conditions.
4. The Client may opt to have their data saved by the store to facilitate the process of placing subsequent orders. For this purpose, the Client should provide a login and password necessary to access their account. The Client has the opportunity at any time to view, correct, update data, or delete their account in the store.
5. The contract with the Client is concluded upon placing an order and its confirmation by the Wholesaler.
6. Orders can be placed 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
7. All prices listed in the Wholesaler are net prices and are expressed in euros.
8. An invoice with 0% or 23% VAT is attached to each order.
9. To make changes to an order (after it has been submitted for processing, modifications are not possible) or to cancel it, a message should be sent to the email address: nikodemkilian@jkncompany.com
10. In the event of the ordered goods being unavailable in stock, the Wholesaler will inform the Client about this fact and the associated extension of the order fulfillment time.
11. The logistical minimum is €500 net.
12. Orders are shipped on business days within maximum 14 days from the date of order is paid.
13. Orders are shipped via DPD courier services, unless otherwise agreed with the Client.
14. Upon receiving the shipment with the order, it is necessary to ensure its condition in the presence of the courier, and in case of damage or violation, a damage protocol should be drawn up in their presence, which constitutes the basis for considering complaints.
15. The Wholesaler reserves the right to change product prices.
16. Product images and colors may differ from their actual appearance.
17. The Client uses the Goods purchased in the Wholesaler at their own risk.
18. The Wholesaler reserves the right to impose sales limits.

Payments

The Wholesaler will not fulfill an order if the Client has outstanding payments for previous orders. Payment methods:

Complaints

1. Based on art. 558§1 of the Civil Code, the Wholesaler completely excludes liability towards Clients for physical and legal defects.
2. If the Client finds factory defects, mechanical damage, or discrepancies between the received goods and the ordered ones, they may exercise their complaint rights. The Client should contact via email: nikodemkilian@jkncompany.com , to clarify the situation and find a mutual solution.
3. The Wholesaler does not accept any shipments returned by the Client at the recipient's expense.
4. Complaints are handled within 30 days from the date of receiving the complained goods.
5. If the complaint is upheld, the goods will be exchanged for full-value ones, and if this is not possible, a refund of the incurred costs will be made. The Client may also keep the complained goods and demand a price reduction.
6. The Wholesaler refunds the payment using the same payment method used by the Client, unless the Client explicitly agrees to a different payment method that does not incur any costs for them.
7. Differences in the appearance of goods (e.g. different packaging of the same product or differences resulting from the Client's monitor parameters) do not constitute grounds for complaint claims.

Intellectual Property

1. The Wholesaler is the administrator of the personal data databases provided by the Client.
2. The Wholesaler undertakes to protect personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of August 29, 1997, and the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services of July 18, 2002. By providing their personal data when placing an order, the Client consents to their processing by the Wholesaler for the purpose of fulfilling the placed order. The Client has the opportunity at any time to view, correct, update, or delete their personal data.
3. Detailed rules for collecting, processing, and storing personal data used to fulfill orders by the store are described in the Privacy Policy.

Final Provisions

1. None of the provisions of these regulations are intended to violate the rights of the Client. They should not be interpreted in this way, as in the event of any inconsistency of any part of the regulations with the applicable law, the Wholesaler declares absolute subordination and compliance with this law instead of the questioned regulation.
2. The products presented on the Wholesaler's pages do not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code.
3. The Wholesaler reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions. Changes come into effect upon being introduced to the website jkn-stock.com
4. The current version of the Terms and Conditions is always available to the Client in the Regulations tab.
5. Matters not regulated by these regulations are governed by the relevant applicable legal provisions.

1. By creating an account on the portal jkn-stock.com and accepting the Terms and Conditions, the Client agrees to receive commercial information electronically, otherwise known as the Newsletter. Upon giving such consent, the Client will receive information (Newsletter) from the Wholesaler, as well as other commercial information sent by the Wholesaler, to the email address provided by the Client.
2. The Client can unsubscribe from receiving the Newsletter independently at any time by pressing the appropriate button in the settings of their Account page or by clicking on the relevant link included in the content of each Newsletter.

The Newsletter received as part of cooperation with the Wholesaler is carried out in a business model.
